Q01What is a pink slip?
A pink slip is an eSafety check — a roadworthiness inspection required by Service NSW to renew registration on vehicles over five years old. The result is submitted electronically to Service NSW.
Q02What does a pre-purchase inspection cover?
We check body and paint (signs of accident repair), engine and transmission, cooling system, brakes, suspension and steering, tyres, electrical systems, and run a diagnostic scan for stored fault codes. We provide a written report with photos.
Q03How long does a pink slip take?
20–30 minutes. The result is submitted electronically to Service NSW the same day — if the vehicle passes, you can renew your rego immediately.
Q04Can you do a pre-purchase inspection at the seller's location?
Yes. As a mobile service, we come to wherever the vehicle is — the seller's home, a dealer forecourt, or a carpark anywhere in Greater Sydney.
