Q01How do I know when my brakes need replacing?
Listen for squealing (wear indicator — book soon), grinding metal-on-metal (pads gone — stop driving), or a pulsing sensation through the pedal (warped rotors). We measure pad thickness at every service.
Q02Do you replace rotors or just pads?
We measure before recommending. Rotors above minimum thickness can often be machined. If they are worn beyond machining, we replace them. We never replace rotors unnecessarily.
Q03Can you do brake work at my home or workplace?
Yes. Brake pad and rotor replacement is one of the most common jobs we complete as a mobile service — no hoist required for most vehicles.
